About the training
Our program empowers vulnerable Lebanese youth in public schools, aged between 14 and 21, who are currently facing a variety of challenges that put them at risk of deteriorating mental health. YEY’s aim is to help them effectively transform their unique challenges into growth opportunities by enhancing their emotional acceptance and awareness.
This approach aims to enhance emotional competences, decrease emotional distress, and lower the risk of future emotional challenges. It also improves overall quality of life, boosts resilience and emotional strength, and enhances the ability to accept and manage intense emotions.
